Fear

Ever since I was little there have been many things I have been afraid of. Two of the largest fears, thunder and darkness, I have gotten over. However there is one fear that has stayed with me over the years even if it has decreased slightly as time moved on, Spiders. One specific incident where this fear erupted was when I was in Florida. I woke up screaming in pain in the middle of the night because I was bitten in my sleep by a spider. Spiders are still my worst fear but I am not as afraid of them anymore. This fear relates to the beastie because for some of the characters the fear is so great that they just freeze up. It gives them nightmares. Also, it is illogical. Spiders are smaller than you so you should be able to squish them and beasties don't exist.

Online Use

In using the online things almost everything was helpful. I don’t like talking about my ideas out loud, yet, now I could talk with my group about my ideas without feeling uncomfortable because it is easier to be told that your idea is stupid if you are not actually looking at the person. Also, now my AP Psychology class is using wikipages to study and to communicate. However, I was hindered by technology because I broke the power cord and Internet connecter for my computer and the computers I had access to do not like those sites. Overall though, the technology is an extreme help to me and we could continue to do it.

Daggers in men's smiles

I do not believe that I have ever experienced seeing daggers in the smiles of men. I come from a family that is very protective. They are so protective that I am usually considered naive. I do not understand the saying of Daggers in Mens smiles because I have never had to experience it. There is not much more I can write on a subject that I do not understand.
